Using Microsoft
Outlook
The following instructions
are for Microsoft Outlook 2002 (and later).
To configure your Microsoft Outlook 2002 client:
- On the Tools menu,
select E-Mail
Accounts to
display the E-Mail Accounts window.
- Select 'Add
a New E-mail Account'. Click Next.
- For Server Type, select
POP3. Click Next. The
following window will appear:
- Enter your User Information.
This includes Your Name and your E-Mail
Address.
- In the Incoming
mail server field, enter:
- mail.yourdomain.com
- In the Outgoing
mail server field, enter the name
of your outgoing mail server:
- mail.yourdomain.com.
- In the User
Name field,
enter your full user name. This is the full
name of the mail account, including your
domain name.
- In the Password field, enter the password for this account.

Click More
Settings.
The following text box will appear:
- Select the Outgoing
Server tab
and make sure the My server requires authentication checkbox
is selected.
- Click OK to close
the window. The click Next on the E-Mail
Accounts window.
- Click Finish to save your
settings.
